“I am a 61-year old professional in the legal filed. I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years. I do a sun salutation every morning when I get up and attend a class at Lotus once a week. I was always curious about yoga and when classes were offered at the YWCA I started attending. It’s a stress reducer for me along with maintaining my flexibility. I also walk 2-3 miles per day. So far, I’ve enjoyed every yoga class I’ve ever attended. Each instructor does things a little differently, but I’ve enjoyed practicing with all of them. I personally like the flows the best.”
