Physical Training

Personalized physical training will help you set and meet your physical fitness goals. With one-on-one sessions with our Physical Trainer, Hailey Toy, you will receive professional assessments and training sessions to help you with everything from increasing movement, balance, understanding the source of pain and discomfort to athletic training.

The first session is an in-take assessment in which you will provide physical and health background and elaborate on that with Hailey. During the conversation, you can explain your challenges and determine realistic goals for your work together. You will also undergo a simple physical test that includes gentle cardio activities, balancing tests, and stretches. Wear comfortable clothing for exercise at this first session.

Concluding the consultation, you can purchase a 5-pack or a 10-pack.
